Archana turned science into nourishment and passion into purpose — founding Good Grains, a food-tech-powered kitchen redefining convenience through gut-friendly, flavour-packed meals.

Her creation, 6-Pack, is designed for busy lives — with 6 hearty meals, 3 probiotic drinks, and 3 mini salads or desserts each week. Every item is crafted to boost energy, support your microbiome, and leave you feeling light yet satisfied.


 

💬 A Taste of Innovation

“We rotate menus every week — think Millet Biryani, Burrito Bowls, Stir-Fries, and Paella — all made from scratch with less salt, sugar, and fat, but full of flavour. Millet is our hero grain, and we source locally wherever we can.”


 

🌾 Local, Nourishing, and Smart

Launched for locals around Parramatta (within 5–8 km), Good Grains currently delivers on Monday and Friday evenings.

Spazii members can access:
✅ $120 per week
✅ $300 for 3 consecutive weeks (+ delivery)
